We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Transformation Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with various business areas and stakeholders to define client requirements for airport infrastructure, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that airport needs are realized. A thorough knowledge of airport operations is essential, along with a good understanding of the Safety Management System and insight into key stakeholders and their demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop client business and functional requirements and scope documentation for projects.
- Represent the business in ensuring the airport requirements are realized through the delivery of the project.
- Coordinate with multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Support project delivery teams while acting as a custodian for airport requirements throughout project development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
- An understanding of ICAO/EASA Regulations, BCAR, and Fire Regulations, as well as Safety Management Systems.
- Experience in coordinating projects within a live operational environment, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver within agreed parameters.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Excellent influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment, both on own initiative and as part of a team.
