Job Description:

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving quality performance, regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and continuous improvement across the business. The successful candidate will lead the Quality function and ensure ongoing ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance, drive continuous improvement in product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality function and ensure ongoing ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance
  • Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, KPIs, training, and internal auditing
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality goals are met
  • Support implementation of data collection systems and improvement initiatives across the factory
