This mid-senior level full-time position is based in our Laois/Offaly service. We are seeking an experienced Youth Services Coordinator to join our clinical team and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12-25 years.
As a senior member of the clinical team, you will have a doctorate or equivalent qualification in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology, or registration with An Bord Altranais as a Mental Health Nurse, CORU as a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist, or accreditation by the Irish Council for Psychotherapy or the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical team and provide clinical consultation and guidance to Jigsaw Clinicians.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for young people.
- Participate in clinical supervision and line management meetings.
- A minimum of three years' experience working in health and social care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to reflect on practice and facilitate personal learning and professional development.
