  • Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as local authorities, resident associations, and management companies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and excellence in housing operations.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff, promoting skills development and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements:
