Senior Architectural Technician

Our Dublin studio is seeking a senior architectural technician to join their team. If successful, you will gain exposure to working on all project stages, both in office and onsite.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced architectural technologist to lead the development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients and in-house teams to deliver projects across residential projects
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and BIM software
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and evaluate conditions
- A relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology
- Experience in large residential projects
- Site experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Full working proficiency in Autodesk Revit
