Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cooperating with your employer and adhering to relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards
  • Familiarising yourself with local safety statements, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures
  • Using company IT systems securely and responsibly
  • Reporting any concerns regarding patient safety to your line manager or other relevant personnel

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a strong understanding of medication management, as well as experience working with individuals who require supportive care.
