Job Summary:

The Fitness and Leisure Club Attendant will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient environment for members. This individual will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the club during opening hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all members, addressing queries in person, via phone or email
  • Support the team leader in promoting the club and upselling services
  • Conduct general cleaning duties
  • Manage membership inquiries and finalize sales with customers
  • Deliver various exercise classes
  • Maintain exceptional customer service at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Possession of a recognized fitness qualification
  • Certification in lifeguarding and First Aid is essential
  • National Certification for Exercise and Fitness (NCEF) or equivalent is required
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate career progression ambitions
