Responsibilities
  • Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control Deliverables: Oversee the team responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control deliverables for small to medium-sized clients.
  • Lead by Example: Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and influence others to reach agreements.
  • Execute Compliance Programs: Develop and implement company and client compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Communicate initiatives and issues across functional areas, report compliance status to stakeholders, and provide updates on quality-of-service initiatives.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in quality control and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
