Part-Time Night Porter Wanted

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at our hotel. This role is a part-time permanent position with shifts from 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business levels.
As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining hotel security and conducting regular fire and security checks. You will also be expected to ensure high standards of customer care by attending to guest needs, checking in and out hotel guests as required, and assisting with luggage/porterage.
You will be responsible for cleaning areas throughout the hotel, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas, and meeting room floor. You may also be asked to assist with conference and banqueting setup upon request.
In addition to your cleaning and customer service responsibilities, you will also perform administrative tasks, such as printing reports and preparing guest registration cards and filing room service dockets.
To succeed in this role, you should have prior hospitality experience and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to empathize with guests and team members, and have a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Experience working as part of a team and on own initiative is also desirable.
