About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide first-level support for user and server operating systems, install and configure desktops, servers, and software as needed, manage software rollouts and updates, and coordinate with third-level support to log and resolve incidents.

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals
  • Experience with LogMeIn, TeamViewer, OpenManage, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
