Service Technician Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Service Technician. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble new products in store displays, including bedframes, bunk beds, sliding wardrobes, and occasional items in customers' homes
* Provide top-notch service to customers in their homes, utilizing your skills and experience to carry out repairs and installations efficiently
* Conduct on-site repairs and return detailed reports to store management

Requirements:

* Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills
* Fluent English speaker with 2 years' experience in a similar role (desired)
* Furniture industry experience highly desirable
* Clean driving license required
