About the RoleThis position is for an experienced technician who will be responsible for handling production operations and supporting various systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems management and monitoring, with experience in operating and supporting complex integrated billing, payment or supply chain systems.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will help identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Skills Required:
- Associate degree in computer systems management and monitoring or related area of equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience operating and supporting complex integrated billing, payment or supply chain system.
- Practical hands-on experience with trouble ticket systems, network monitoring tools, and familiarity with incident management processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
