Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced care services manager to lead a team of home support workers in providing high-quality client care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and the ability to foster a positive team environment, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
- Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- A relevant health or social care qualification (QQI level 5/major award) and Level 6 certification.
- Experience within homecare/healthcare is desirable.
- A full clean driving licence and own car are required.
