The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day sales enquiries and transactions, maintaining high standards of customer care within the branch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to sales enquiries by phone or over the counter
  • Providing advice, information and quotations
  • Offering alternative products and promoting own brands
  • Staying updated with product knowledge and branch costs and targets

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess previous customer-facing experience in a trade environment, be extremely customer-focused and results-driven, and have basic computer skills. A full clean valid driver's license is also essential.
