We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Artisan to lead our pastry team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries, desserts, and plated sweets for our restaurant and banqueting menus.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. You will work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service, contributing to the development of new and innovative dessert creations.

• Crafting a diverse selection of sweet treats that meet our high culinary standards.
• Maintaining exceptional quality, presentation, and flavor in all pastry items.
• Working closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu concepts.
• Contributing to the growth and development of our pastry team.

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment.
• A strong understanding of pastry techniques and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
