Social Care Professional Opportunity

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in residential care by providing direct services and working as part of a team to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in social care, previous experience in a similar setting, and be flexible to work across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to young people in residential care
- Work collaboratively with the team to support young people's development and integration into the community
- Adhere to HIQA standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Rélevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
- Previous work experience in a similar setting
- Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
- Full Clean Driver's License preferred
