About the Job:

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the estate's operations during nighttime hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. This key role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of all departments during night hours">
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members, and property">
• Provide exceptional guest service, handling queries and requests promptly">
• Perform night audits and report writing">
• Supervise and support night team members">
• Liaise with management teams to ensure continuity between day and night operations">

Requirements:

This role is suited for someone with previous experience in a similar role or hotel front office/night operations. You should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a professional and friendly demeanour.
