About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of a day service for adults with disabilities. This position involves line management responsibility for another Clinical Nurse Manager managing a smaller day service in another location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an effective day service for adults with disabilities.
- Line manage the Clinical Nurse Manager managing another day service.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- At least 2 years' experience working with adults with disabilities.
- 2 years' experience in a management or coordination role.
Desirable Criteria:
- Completion of a management course.
- Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors.
