Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Project LeadWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Project Lead to manage and coordinate the deployment of manufacturing systems, working with cross-functional teams globally.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume leadership role for the complete scope of systems and applications required to establish manufacturing operability.
  • Manage all activities required by the client's IT Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Maintain ownership of the project's schedule and key milestones.
  • Represent the project status and overall health to stakeholders, team members, and constituents through regular reports.
  • Gain knowledge and proficiency in project management tools, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Identify and broker deviations that impact the project plan via tasks, collaborations, and problem-solving approaches.
  • Develop validation plans, protocols, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure good communication, collaboration, and outcomes within the project team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Project Management in a regulated environment (medical device/pharma).
  • Deep knowledge of Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
