Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and have a strong understanding of Health/Care principles.
Job Description:
- The jobholder will provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, adapting their communication style to suit each individual's requirements.
- They will assist with daily living activities and routines, including personal care, and support individuals to engage in their community.
- Key skills required include awareness of the Key Worker/Support Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs, Programme Planning Person Centred Plans, and fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
- A full QQI level 5 major award in Health/Care is essential
- Availability to work shifts on a rota basis, 6 hour shifts 3 days a week
- Clean Irish driver's licence desirable
- Permission to work in Ireland essential
