- Resolve operational issues related to customer care calls.
- Ensure clients are assigned a permanent care team.
- Respond to scheduling inquiries.
- Provide emergency cover until the next working day.
- Inform clients of any schedule changes.
- Schedule tasks two weeks in advance.
- Verify accurate allocation of weekly hours.
- Collaborate with the Care Manager on start dates for new carers.
- Submit regular reports.
- E nsure adequate shift coverage two weeks ahead.
- P erform weekly reporting duties.
As a client care coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
