Responsibilities- Develop and implement food safety systems that comply with industry standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure readiness for regulatory and customer inspections.
- Develop and implement the site's HACCP plan.
- Investigate and resolve product complaints, recalls, or quality incidents.
- Maintain the Quality Management System and associated documentation.
- 3rd level degree in food science, food technology, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Technical role within Food Manufacturing is essential and ideally at management level.
- Solid understanding of the Meat Industry and its equipment and services.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
