The successful candidate will have a strong background in plastics engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the injection moulding industry. They should have excellent knowledge of injection mould tooling and design, as well as proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab.

Your key responsibilities will include executing projects related to new products, continuous improvement programs, and lean initiatives. You will work closely with the Production Group leaders to troubleshoot processing problems and establish relationships with customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to train and instruct others on manufacturing-related skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

* Execute projects related to new products, continuous improvement programs, and lean initiatives
* Troubleshoot processing problems with the Production Group leaders

* Train and instruct others on manufacturing-related skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Minimum National Diploma Level 7 or Level 8 in Plastics Engineering (or equivalent)
* Significant experience in plastics engineering, preferably with a degree in plastics engineering
* Excellent knowledge of injection mould tooling and design
* Strong understanding of statistical process control and design of experiments
* Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to train and instruct others on manufacturing-related skills and knowledge
