Senior Machine Learning Expert Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience in developing and implementing ML models in a production environment.

About the Role

The Senior Machine Learning Expert will be responsible for defining new ML features, researching appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting first prototypes in customers' hands. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ML models in a production environment
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and research to deeply understand problem areas
  • Research and identify the right algorithms and tools for solving complex problems
  • Work with engineers to bring prototypes to production
  • Plan, measure, and socialize learnings to inform iteration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of applied ML experience
  • A strong background in a senior/staff role (data science, software development, or academic)
  • Demonstrated impact from your work on products and/or teams
  • Experience as a primary technical leader for a team
  • Strong communication skills, both within engineering teams and across disciplines
