Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned electrical site leader to oversee the execution of complex projects from pre-mobilization to commissioning and demobilization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, quality controls, and effective subcontractor coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead all on-site electrical activities from start-up to demobilization, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Support the project manager in planning, programming, and site setup, guaranteeing timely completion
  • Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage subcontractors, labor allocations, and equipment deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate site diaries and chair regular site meetings to facilitate open communication
  • Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and perform EHS/QA audits to maintain a safe working environment
  • Enforce strict adherence to safe work practices, PPE use, and site safety policies
  • Oversight quality controls, inspections, snagging, and NCR management to ensure exceptional project outcomes
  • Coordinate commissioning and handover activities, ensuring smooth project closure
  • Manage site demobilization and final documentation, guaranteeing a thorough wrap-up
Requirements:
  • A qualified electrical apprenticeship or trade certification with 5+ years of site management experience
  • Proven track record of managing electrical projects exceeding €5M in value
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, or environmental management certifications are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in construction programs and subcontractor coordination is essential
  • Able to work independently and lead teams effectively, with a customer-centric approach
