About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of automation solutions using RPA and workflow automation technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop clear strategies for the Automation Journey and support the adoption and development of the Digital Transformation Framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for technical solutions and process improvement.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for Automation and get stakeholder buy-in for the implementation of initiatives, requirement specification, solution design, risk assessment and business implementation.
  • Drive greater understanding of the roles and services provided by the capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and demand generation workshops.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent SQL skills particularly with Microsoft SQL Server or Teradata
  • Aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce easily understood documentation
