About the Job
  • This is a remote home-based position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate suspicious activity that could pose a risk to our customers or business partners.
  • Communicate with stakeholders via email and telephone to make informed decisions about risk.
  • Maintain site quality by enforcing policies and guidelines.
  • Identify and help minimize risks posed by fraud patterns and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
