Director of Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple hotels. As the Area Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans tailored to each property, while building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing area sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and lead generation initiatives across the hotels.
  • Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trade shows to foster relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence platforms to optimize efficiency and performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with experience managing multi-site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to drive commercial awareness and decision-making.
  • Sales-focused, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
