Family Carers Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinic Manager for its National Counselling Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, volunteers, and external panel counsellors, and ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have experience in programme development and project management, strong IT, project management, and people management skills, and a qualification as a Counsellor or Psychotherapist. They will also have experience supervising or coordinating a counselling service and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of staff, volunteers, and external panel counsellors
- Ensure high-quality standards in service delivery
- Develop and implement programme initiatives
- Coordinate the delivery of the National Counselling Service
- Qualification as a Counsellor or Psychotherapist
- Experience supervising or coordinating a counselling service
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
