Job Summary
Fresh Tracks Canada seeks a skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fleet assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

About the Role
The Fleet Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Safety Team to develop and implement driver training programs, monitor fuel usage, and identify opportunities to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in computer software applications, including Fleetio & Samsara, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, and repairs
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for routine maintenance and inspections of all fleet vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and other pertinent information
* Liaise with external vendors, such as repair shops and parts suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
* Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce costs
* In collaboration with the safety team, coordinate driver training programs to ensure safe and responsible operation of fleet vehicles
* Assist in developing and managing the fleet budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Generate regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and other key metrics for management review

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
* A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience; fleet experience highly desired
* Dependable, self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
