Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, who will be responsible for leading high-profile client engagements and delivering exceptional results. This individual will work directly with clients to understand and address risks associated with technologies that support their business.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining both externally and internally recognized technical expertise in areas including IT Controls Testing or IT Audit, Regulatory Resilience Requirements, Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Management, Execution and delivery of client engagements, Leading and coaching our team on a day-to-day basis and as part of assignment delivery, Identifying, nurturing and managing client relationships as part of our management team, Effectively managing client-facing delivery teams, Ensuring risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery, Fostering and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the firm.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT risk and control environments and the ability to provide expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements- University graduate preferably with an Information Systems background
- 10+ years of experience in IT, project management/service delivery, operational/IT risk management or consulting with at least 2 years at management level
- Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of technical expertise in various areas, including IT controls testing, regulatory resilience requirements, outsourcing, and third-party risk management.
