About the Role:

You will be responsible for negotiating and closing transactions for our clients, serving as a client-facing centralised deal manager, and meeting with clients and attending conferences as deemed appropriate. You will also assist sales teams with business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures depending on asset type.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and close transactions in which we serve in a corporate services provider and trustee capacity.
  2. Serve as client-facing centralised deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups.
  3. Meet with clients and attend conferences as deemed appropriate.
  4. Assist sales teams with business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures depending on asset type.
  5. Serve as internal liaison for all support groups surrounding deal closings.
  6. Address and escalate client-related matters and ensure they are prioritised appropriately and resolved.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (BCL) or strong legal background.
  • Minimum Of 5 Years' Related Experience.
  • Deal closing experience.
  • Corporate Services/Corporate Trust experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret and negotiate legal documents.
