Lab Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our microbiology laboratory team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the microbiology lab, ensuring high-quality and compliant support for manufacturing operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily laboratory activities,
  • Oversee testing programs, including bioburden, endotoxin, sterility, and environmental monitoring,
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and other relevant regulations,
  • Develop and implement microbial control strategies,
  • Represent the microbiology lab in cross-functional meetings and regulatory inspections.

Our ideal candidate has experience in managing laboratory resources, supporting method development, validation, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
