Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated team member to assist with deli operations.

  • Prepare and present hot and cold deli items, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Set up and maintain the deli counter, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Handle individual customer requests with a can-do attitude and aim to exceed expectations.
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen, and Health & Safety guidelines in line with provided training.
  • Ensure correct storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
  • Assist colleagues as required to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Requirements
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A good level of spoken English.
  • Previous experience in a deli, catering, or customer service role would be an advantage but is not essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
