Job Description

The position involves providing sales support to the store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times. This includes maintaining a high standard of customer service, managing stock levels, and organising deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Continually interface with and ensure that customers always receive high-quality service.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through to completion, including using the point-of-sale system and processing payments.
  • Merchandising: Ensure products are presented correctly both in store and in the yard.
  • Receipt of Deliveries: Receive and manage incoming deliveries.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable store and yard environment at all times.

This role requires flexibility to work in all areas of the store and yard, with the ability to cover both.
