**Financial Planning Expert**ICON is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.The successful candidate will contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization by providing insightful financial data, analysis, and recommendations.Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of financial models and analytical tools to enhance financial forecasting and analysis capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
