The successful candidate will be given training and vital experience to take their solution consulting skills to the next level, learning from some of the best in the business. The role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop their career in a dynamic and innovative company.
The Role- Conduct workshops and demos, showcasing software capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise during sales pitches and pre-sales engagements, ensuring clients understand the value and functionality of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with product development and client needs.
- Support and in future lead technical discovery sessions with clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to our technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and confidence when presenting.
- Experience with SaaS platforms ideally in demo scenarios.
- While this is a commercially focused, client-facing role - the Solutions Consultant will need a basic awareness and understanding of technology and software - for example cloud computing (AWS), APIs and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Happy to be in office in Dublin two days per week.
