Cloud Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal operation and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and oversee the performance of cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal operation and uptime.
  • Operational Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices across all cloud operations.
  • CICD Pipeline Management: Manage and develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate seamless software delivery.
  • Incident Resolution: Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues swiftly.
  • Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Build and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in cloud operations and automation, with a strong background in managing cloud environments.
  • Cloud Expertise: Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure, including experience with Access Control, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Control Tower.
  • Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go for automation tasks.
  • Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub.
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
