Key Childcare Role:

The position of Senior Childcare Worker is now available in our centre.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Deliver high-quality care and education according to national frameworks and policies
  • Ensure the well-being, safety, and development of children while managing staff and building relationships with families
  • Display a sensitive, professional approach with autonomy in daily tasks
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum FETAC Level 6 in Childcare/Early Years Educator is necessary
  • A degree in Early Childcare or Early Years Educator would be beneficial
  • At least two years' experience in a relevant childcare role is required

Candidates will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, honesty, trustworthiness, respect, flexibility, and good work ethics.
