About Our Client:
Our client is a young, dynamic, and innovative construction company building medium and large-scale projects throughout Ireland. They are a sustainable contractor who has built many key public and private projects nationally, including primary and secondary schools, third-level campus buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, residential projects, hotels, manufacturing facilities, life sciences, commercial utilities, high-tech, healthcare, and primary care centers.

The Role:
This Design Coordinator role is part of their team working on various projects across Ireland. The role involves supporting the Design Manager in ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to align design information with project timelines, tracking the design release and schedule of information, attending technical workshops, compiling material and technical submittals, updating the design submissions tracker, maintaining the RFI tracker, and assisting with BCAR management.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have suitable qualifications and experience in design coordination. A relevant third-level qualification in a related field is essential. While a main contracting or developer background is preferred, candidates from design consulting will also be considered.
