About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pilot Rostering Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating efficient and effective roster plans for our pilots, ensuring that we meet our operational requirements.

You will work closely with our Flight Operations team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining roster plans that take into account factors such as flight schedules, crew availability, and leave entitlements.
  • Using Crew Management Systems to plan and coordinate pilot movements.
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service to our pilots and other stakeholders.
