Installation and Commissioning Engineer Job Description

This role involves installation, commissioning, and servicing of printing and machine vision solutions primarily for FDA-regulated companies. Regular travel throughout the country is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission the vision, software, electrical, and mechanical elements of the solution at customer sites
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and project coordination teams to ensure compliance with solution requirements
  • Work within client standard operating procedures for projects
  • Travel to customer sites nationally
  • Provide feedback to the internal engineering team regarding deployment experience of integrated vision and software solutions
  • Follow all standard and regulatory work practices during installation and at customer sites

Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting; opportunity to upskill
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment is desirable
  • A third-level qualification in a technical discipline is not essential but advantageous
  • Full Irish Driver's Licence required
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
