We are recruiting a seasoned professional to lead our Group Risk portfolio and drive business growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management specialist to join our team. As part of our Life & Pensions Sales Division, you will play a key role in delivering strategic solutions across life and disability schemes, ensuring operational excellence and market competitiveness.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, trustees, and internal teams, developing new opportunities and influencing proposition enhancements using market insight. You will also act as the internal expert on Group Risk, advising on benefit design, regulation, and Master Trust governance.
- Lead the growth and retention of our Group Risk portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Drive proposition development and ensure operational excellence
- Monitor market trends and feed insights into senior leadership
We are looking for an experienced professional with senior-level expertise in Enterprise Risk Management within the industry. You should have a deep understanding of compulsory and voluntary scheme models, as well as proven ability to influence across underwriting, legal, operations, and product teams.
A strong CRM and pipeline management skillset, along with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.
