You will design and develop AI software to optimize its performance. Your focus will be on creating efficient algorithms for machine learning and deep learning frameworks. You will work with various distributed algorithms, including model/data parallel frameworks, parameter servers, and dataflow based asynchronous data communication. Additionally, you will transform computational graph representation of neural network models and develop machine learning and/or deep learning primitives in mathematical libraries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop LLVM IR transformation passes to optimize deep learning primitives.
- Profile distributed deep learning models to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize code for various computing hardware backends.
Requirements:
- Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with compiler frameworks and design/implementation of IR optimizations in C/C++.
- Experience with development of LLVM transformation passes.
- Good understanding of graph-based algorithms.
- Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks is beneficial.
- Strong production software engineering background, experience with CI, code reviews, paired programming, unit and integration testing.
