This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives by delivering patient care and performing essential tasks such as cleaning, catering, and porter duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy towards patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to patients, including washing and dressing.
  • Aiding mobility of patients and providing assistance with getting around.
  • Reporting notable activities or incidents to the person in charge.
  • Offering companionship to patients and being a friendly face.
  • Carrying out domestic duties as required, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying.

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Support or an equivalent qualification.
  • All vaccinations required, including Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis & Varicella.
  • Resident in Ireland and right to work in Ireland without restriction.
  • Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
  • International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
