Experienced Staff Nurses are sought to deliver high-quality care and lead the day-to-day management of a dynamic residential care setting.
About the Role- Provide exceptional care to Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assume responsibility for the operational management of the Home, aligning with national standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centered care. A post-qualification management qualification in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working in a similar role, coupled with a proven track record of continuous professional development, is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide optimal resident care and support services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote quality care, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with residents, families, and external partners to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse with a post-registration management qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations governing residential care settings.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
