Job Title: ICU Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered ICU Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions and implement necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Calculate medication dosages accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform physical assessments and coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid NMBI registration
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Up-to-date Mandatory training
- Access to own transport is an advantage but not essential
