Salary Details
The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from €35,919 to €53,851 per annum (pro-rata). Experienced nurses may be eligible for an enhanced salary.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This will involve providing person-centered care, promoting optimum independence, and enhancing the quality of life for those supported by our service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of each individual.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of each individual.
