As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Main Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management and coordination of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
  • Monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
  • Ensuring works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
  • Compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Building strong relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Site Management
  • Previous Main Contractor experience is essential
  • Third level qualification or Trades background
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software
  • Strong delegation and organisational skills
