The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale strategic transformation initiatives in a global organisation, with a proven track record in implementing change management processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a Global Operating model across our entire global business.
  • Standardising, simplifying, automating, and working smarter.
  • Evaluating strategic transformation initiatives across investments, operations, client servicing, sales/distribution, finance, data, digital, etc.

The successful candidate will have:
